Common Grounds Coffee Roasters was established in 2013 as a cafe with a dedicated offsite roasting facility. Since then, Common Grounds have grown into a brand that oversees multiple locations in Indonesia and have also brought over a globally well-known coffee brand, St. ALi Melbourne. More importantly, Common Grounds Coffee Roasters have been home for the best coffee professionals in Indonesia in the years that it has operated. We believe in investing in our people and help them grow. Evidently, this has lead us into grooming past, present and future Barista Champions that brew your daily cup of coffees. This believe in investing in people also transcends into the coffee that we source. We work tirelessly with coffee producers both home and abroad to ensure traceability and quality of the coffee that we serve to our customers. This process also ensures that our farmers are getting paid what they deserve, are included in the coffee chain feedback loop and can sustainably supply coffee to our facilities.
